All product except pillows and covers are considered medical products and are subject to this return policy.


Return Eligibility: We understand the importance of satisfaction with medical products; unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that a particular product will treat your condition or relieve your symptoms. . Please read our return policy carefully to ensure you are eligible for a return.

  1. Product Condition: All products must be returned in LIKE NEW condition and in their original packaging. Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for a return.
  2. Return Period: Customers have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return. Any return requests made after this period will not be accepted.
  3. Warranty: We are proud to offer a 1-year manufacturer's warranty on our products. Should anything go wrong due to a manufacturing defect within this time frame, we will replace the product. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, wear and tear, or external factors.

Return Process:

  1. Request: Reach out to our customer service team at to initiate a return. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return.
  2. Approval: Once your return request is received, our team will review it. If approved, you'll receive return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or there was a mistake on our part. Please ensure the product is packaged securely to prevent any damage during transit.
  4. Refund/Exchange: Once we receive your returned product and it passes inspection, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow [X days/weeks] for the refund to reflect in your account.



Exceptions & Clarifications:

  1. If you believe you've received a defective product upon arrival, contact our customer service immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verifying the claim.

  3. All sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
