30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for Pillows and Covers Products
At Desk Jockey, your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities. We are confident in the quality and comfort of our pillow and cover products and want you to feel the same.
The Guarantee:
If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your purchase within 30 days, we offer a Satisfaction Guarantee which allows you to return the product for a refund. Please note the following conditions:
- Initiating a Return: If you decide the product isn't right for you within the 30-day window, please email our support team at support@deskjockey.net. In the email, provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. Ensure the product is packaged securely to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items that don't reach our warehouse.
- Product Condition: The pillow and cover products must be in good condition, free from stains, tears, or any signs of excessive wear. Items that do not meet these conditions upon inspection might not be eligible for a refund.
- Processing Your Refund: Once we receive the returned item and after a thorough inspection, if everything checks out, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow a few days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
Exceptions & Clarifications:
All claims must be made within the 30-day window from the date of purchase. Any claims made after this period will not be eligible for the Satisfaction Guarantee.
